What is Encore?
Encore is an HP Arts’ community comprised of past parents, students, and extended family and friends who supported the arts through their time and resources and who desire to stay connected,receive important communication, and to continue to support the arts.
Who is the Encore community comprised of? The Encore community is comprised of alumnae students, parents, and family members, and any community member interested in connecting and enhancing the arts in HPISD.
What is the mission of Encore?
The mission of Encore is to connect arts’ alumnae and community members who care about the arts together through communication, conversation, and collaboration to benefit the arts in HPISD under the mission of HP Arts.
How will the mission of Encore be accomplished?
During the academic year, Encore will connect through one Encore event and opportunity with the opportunity to attend two HPISD arts’ events together. Targeted communication will be provided to Encore subscribers from HP Arts.
How do I become involved in Encore?
Join HP Arts through this link with a donation of any size. Check the Encore box to ensure you receive future HP Arts and Encore communication.
How will Encore communicate?
Encore will communicate through email and a private Facebook group if you are a Facebook member. Once you have joined HP Arts and checked the Encore box, you will receive Encore communication by email as well as an invitation to join the private Facebook group. Please also follow HP Arts Instagram account @_hp_arts_
How can an Encore subscriber financially support HP Arts?
You can donate at any level when you join HP Arts, and this donation will support the mission of HP Arts. (link explaining funding ?) In the future as special projects are determined, Encore will offer financial opportunities to support these specifically.
